Bezahlmethoden

vlotte App

  1. Öffnen Sie die vlotte App, filtern Sie nach Ladestationen in Ihrer Nähe und wählen Sie eine aus.
  2. Stecken Sie Ihr E-Auto an einem freien Ladepunkt an.
  3. Wählen Sie in der App den Ladepark aus, an welchem Sie stehen.
  4. Drücken Sie danach auf "Ladevertrag auswählen" und wählen Sie ihren entsprechenden Vertrag aus.
  5. Nun können Sie den Ladepunkt wählen, an welchem Sie angesteckt haben. Diesen erkennen Sie an der EVSE-ID auf dem silbernen Sticker auf der Station.
  6. Tippen Sie in der App auf „Ladesession starten“.
  7. Beenden Sie den Ladevorgang in der App, stecken Sie Ihr Auto ab und verstauen Sie den Stecker.

Intercharge Directpayment

  1. Nehmen Sie den Stecker aus der Halterung und stecken Sie ihn ins E-Auto.
  2. Scannen Sie den QR-Code auf dem silbernen Sticker mit Ihrem Handy, um zur Intercharge-Webseite zu gelangen.
  3. Vergleichen Sie die Station-ID auf der Webseite mit der ID am QR-Code. Stimmt alles überein, klicken Sie auf „Jetzt laden“.
  4. Wählen Sie Ihre bevorzugte Zahlungsart (Kreditkarte oder PayPal), akzeptieren Sie die Nutzungsbedingungen und starten Sie die Zahlung. Der Betrag wird reserviert.
  5. Beenden Sie den Ladevorgang entweder per Handy, direkt an der Station oder über Ihr Auto. Stecken Sie Ihr Auto ab und hängen Sie den Stecker wieder zurück in die Halterung.

Kreditkartenterminal

  1. Tippen Sie auf „Start“ am Kreditkartenterminals der Ladestation.
  2. Wählen Sie den gewünschten Ladepunkt aus und tippen Sie auf „Weiter“.
  3. Ihnen wird nun der aktuelle Ladetarif angezeigt.
  4. Tippen Sie auf „Ladebetrag“ und wählen Sie den Höchstbetrag, der für diesen Ladevorgang von Ihrer Kreditkarte reserviert werden darf.
    Hinweis: Es wird nur der tatsächlich geladene Betrag nach Abschluss des Ladevorgangs berechnet.
  5. Tippen Sie anschließend auf „Ladevorgang starten“ und auf „Weiter“.
  6. Halten Sie Ihre Kredit- oder Debitkarte an das Terminal, um die Zahlung zu autorisieren.
  7. Nehmen Sie den Stecker aus der Halterung und schließen Sie Ihr E-Auto an.
  8. Nach dem Laden: Beenden Sie den Ladevorgang an der Ladestation, trennen Sie Ihr Fahrzeug und hängen Sie den Stecker wieder in die Halterung. 

Payment methods

vlotte App

  1. Open the App: Launch the vlotte app on your smartphone. Use the filter option to find charging stations nearby. Select a suitable station.
  2. Connect Your Car: Drive to an available charging point at the selected station and connect your electric vehicle.
  3. Select the Charging Park: Return to the app's main menu and select the charging park where you are located.
  4. Select Contract: Tap on "select charging contract" and choose the contract that matches your account.
  5. Choose Charging Point: Select the specific charging point where you have connected your car. You can identify it by the EVSE-ID found on a silver sticker on the charging station.
  6. Start Charging Session: Tap on “start charging session” to begin charging.
  7. End the Charging Process: End the charging via the app when your car has charged sufficiently. Disconnect the charging cable, properly store the plug, and leave the charging point.

Intercharge Directpayment

  1. Connect the Charger: Remove the plug from its holder and insert it into your electric vehicle.
  2. Scan QR Code: Use your smartphone to scan the QR code on the silver sticker to navigate to the Intercharge website.
  3. Verify Station ID: Compare the station ID on the website with the ID on the QR code. If everything matches, click on "Start Charging".
  4. Select Payment Method: Choose your preferred payment method (credit card or PayPal), accept the terms of use, and initiate the payment. The amount will be reserved.
  5. End Charging Process: End the charging via your phone, directly at the station, or through your vehicle. Disconnect your car and place the plug back in its holder.

Credit Card Terminal

  1. Start at the Terminal: Tap “Start” on the credit card terminal at the charging station.
  2. Select Charging Point: Choose the desired charging point and tap “Next”.
  3. Check Tariff: The current charging tariff will be displayed.
  4. Set Maximum Amount: Tap “Charging Amount” and select the maximum amount that can be reserved on your credit card for this session.
    Note: Only the actual amount for the energy consumed will be charged after the session ends.
  5. Confirm and Start: Tap “Start Charging” and then “Next”.
  6. Authorize Payment: Hold your credit or debit card on to the terminal to complete the payment authorization.
  7. Connect Your Car: Remove the plug from its holder and connect it to your electric vehicle.
  8. End Charging Process: When finished, end the charging session at the charging station, disconnect your car, and return the plug to its holder.
